A-Ma Temple of Macau Also Known as Barra Temple

The Macau A-Ma temple was built in the 15th century, also called Barra Temple,
is situated halfway up the western slope of Barra Hill. consists of the Gate Pavilion, the Memorial Arch, the
Prayer Hall, the Hall of Benevolence, the Hall of Guanyin, and Zhengjiao
Chanlin (a Buddhist pavilion), each forming a small part of the well-ordered
complex which sits in perfect harmony with the natural environment.

A-Ma Cultural Village

The young A-Ma Cultural Village dates back to the Chung Yeung festival in 2001 shortly after the A-Ma Cultural and Tourism Festival of Macau; Following the style of the Qing Dynasty, the complex is composed of a village like atmospher, with a bell tower, drum tower, carved marble altar in the Tian-Hou Palace, a dressing hall, museum and shops.
